Is postage free of charge for new certificates ?
Yes – all postage within the UK & worldwide is free for new orders of unframed certificates, using hard backed envelopes to ensure no damage in transit.

Can I locate my star ?
Yes - you are provided with a Star Chart with the Deluxe Space Certificate (2 for the price of 1 certificates) showing the position of your star that has your name assigned, with respect to North, South, East, West compass points.
All certificates are supplied with a Constellation Finder, to help you locate the position of constellation that you Star is located within. Constellation Finders are included FREE.

How fast is the registration process ?
From receipt of order / payment / provision of details from you, the certificates can be with you within 3 to 4 days of order if required. Please state date required when you place your order.
For "special occasion" orders such as Mothers Day, Christmas etc, please make your order as soon as possible.

| Can I include more than one name on the certificate ?
Yes – dual / triple name registrations for families are included FREE.

Can I include a photograph of the persion name on the certificate ?
Yes – you have the option to email a photo (above 250K file size to ensure the digital quality is suitable for the photoquality paper), or simply post a photo which will be returned with your certificates. This is included FREE.

Do I have a Guarantee ?
Yes - your satisfaction is 100% Guaranteed. If you are not happy with your certificate, simply return it recorded delivery, within 30 days and we will refund your money.

Can I have duplicate certificates for work & home ?
Yes - at an additional cost of £6.99, we can provide you with a duplicate certificate. Postage is £1.99 for the UK and £2.99 for the rest of the world (for all certificates).
Example: 2 duplicate certificates for Australia = £6.99 + £6.99 + £2.99 = £16.97.

What frame size do I need ?
The certificates are suitable for A4 frames or can be used with larger frames, that include a card mount.
